Remarks
- Systematics: Although Danzig & Gavrilov-Zimin transferred this species to Trionymus in 2014, they failed to deal with both subspecies: Phenacoccus phenacoccoides phenacoccoides and Phenacoccus phenacoccoides gallicus. Since Phenacoccus phenacoccoides gallicus remains in the genus Phenacoccus, we have concluded that both subspecies will stay in this genus in ScaleNet,
