Notes: Using an entomological sweep net within the crop and surrounding weeds, 1,128 individuals belonging to three families and ten species of Chalcidoidea were collected. Species richness within the crop was below 10% with a completeness of 76%, suggesting a greater adaptation of parasitoids to C. cirripediformis. The family Encyrtidae showed parasitism above 60% and a directly proportional relationship with pest abundance.
