Notes: A new species of armored scale insect, Abgrallaspis azadirachti sp. nov., collected from leaves of neem (Azadirachta indica) from the village of Kudhi near Shikohabad, Firozabad, (Agra, Uttar Pradesh), is described. Its distribution is mainly in northern India. Its host perennial tree has economic and medicinal values.
