Notes: The article implements the national emergency under the terms of Article 46 of the Federal Plant Protection Act, in order to confine and eradicate the vine mealybug (Planococcus ficus) in Hermosillo and San Miguel de Horcasitas Sonora, and any other areas of the country of Mexico where it is detected and confirmed and prevent its spread to areas free of this pest.
