Remarks
- Systematics: This species seems to be closely related to P. tingtunensis Borchsenius, but can be distinguished from it by the following characteristics: (1) antennae in terminal segment with 7 setae; (2) cribriform plates arranged in 4 longitudinal rows. (Sun & Shi, 1991)
- Structure: 2 sizes of bent 8-shaped pores present on dorsal surface. Larger pores in a marginal band and in some clusters on the dorsal surface. Smaller pores spread over remainder of derm. Cribriform plates arranged in 4 longitudinal rows, each row composed of 3 plates. (Sun & Shi, 1991)
