Remarks
- Systematics: Subfamily: Myzolecaniinae. Tribe: Paralecaniini.
- Structure: Dorsal derm with sclerotised areas present around anal plates and at base of each stigmatic cleft. A cribriform plate of sclerotized closed pores present on mid-dorsum of thoracic region approximately dorsad to mouthparts. Dorsum with subcircular sclerotized areas, each with a concavity, often most abundant near body margin but absent medially between anal plates and cribriform plate. Dorsal setae slender. Dorsal tubercles and dorsal tubular ducts absent. Antennae and legs much reduced, segmentation obscure. Legs each with a claw and usually with tibial and claw digitules visible.(Hodgson, 2022)
