Remarks
- Systematics: Danzig & Gavrilov-Zimin (2015) determined from the original descriptions of the species of Tibetococcus differ from each other "only in the number of circuli" and "the absence of any other morphological and ecological differences between discussed Chinnese (sic,) 'species' clearly denotes the variation of circuli number in the same population and as a result, ..... consider T. triticola and T. nyalaiensis as junior synonyms of T. dingriensis. In addition, they stated that these species only differ from Mirococcopsis teberdae" in the number of antennal segments (7-8 instead of 6) and in more numerous multiloular pores. Therefore, they determined that these quantitative characters were not enough to support "species independency" and they considered them as a substecies of M teberdae.
- Biology: Living on roots of its host plant.
- General Remarks: Good description and illustration of the adult female given by Tang (1987, 1992).
