Structure: Adult female body elongate oval, pink, up to 4.5 mm long. Antennae 6-segmented. Legs small in comparison with body; hind coxae often larger than fore and middle coxae, with numerous translucent pores resembling discoidal pores; these pores also present on surrounding cuticle of metathorax. Two pairs of ostioles present. Circulus absent. Anal apparatus simplified, without spinulae, with incomplete row of minute, barely visible pores and 6 very short setae. Biology: Living under leaf sheaths of Phragmites sp. (Gavrilov, 2007).
