Remarks
- Structure: Female scale broadly elliptical, 1.8 mm long, 1.4 mm wide; convex; exuviae placed centrally or slightly towards anterior area; first exuvia orange colour, second bright gray; secreted part dark gray slightly brownish (Bazarov & Shmelev, 1971). Slide-mounted adult female pyriform, membranous at maturity. Pygidium with 3 pairs of lobes; median lobes (L1) each rounded apically, without notches on lateral margins; second lobes (L2) smaller than L1, each with 1 notch on outer margin; third lobes (L3) smaller than L2, usually each with 1 notch on outer margin. Median and lateral plates well developed, present between lobes only, each plate slightly longer than nearby lobes and deeply fringed. Dorsal submarginal ducts present on pygidial and prepygidial segments II−IV. Perivulvar pores absent. (Moghaddam & Watson, 2021)
