Remarks
- Structure: The scale of the female almost circular, up to 2 mm in diameter; flat, brownish-grey or light brown, with brighter marginal part; larval exuviae central, the first brown, the second yellow (Borchsenius, 1952; Komosinska, 1969). Slide-mounted adult female almost oval. Pygidium with 2 or 3 pairs of lobes; median lobes (L1) each asymmetric, with an inconspicuous notch on outer margin; second lobes (L2) similar in shape to median lobes but smaller; third lobes (L3) smaller than L2, with outer margins denticulate. Plates well developed, as long as, or slightly longer than lobes, with fringed apices; present between lobes. (Moghaddam & Watson, 2021)
