Remarks
- Structure: Female scale subcircular, 1.7-2 mm; flat or slightly convex; colour dark brown, uniform, central area sometimes darker than margin; exuviae central or subcentral, brown, covered by secreted material of the adult (Kaussari & Balachowsky, 1953). Scale cover almost circular, flat or slightly convex, yellowish; bright red exuviae subcentral or central. Slide-mounted adult female with prosoma becoming sclerotised at maturity. Antennae each with 1 seta. Anterior and posterior spiracles without associated disc pores. Pygidium with 2 pairs of lobes. Median lobes (L1) large, each lobe asymmetric, rounded apically, with a conspicuous notch on outer margin; median space without plates. Second lobes (L2) small, triangular. Third lobes (L3) absent.
