- Systematics: Subfamily: Phenacoccinae (Choi & Lee)
- Structure: Antennae 6-setmented. Legs small; claw without denticle; claw digitules with clavate apex. Only one pair of ostioles present. Anal apparatus complete with one row of small pores and 3 rows of spinulae. (Danzig & Gavrilov-Zimin, 2015)
