GENERAL REMARKS: Description and definition by Koteja (2008).
SYSTEMATICS: This genus, comprising two species, was introduced as type genus of the family Lithuanicoccidae, in the groups of Orthezioidea (Koteja, 2008). The male of both species L. damzeni) and L. kosmowskae are apterous. In addition to the description of (L. damzeni and L. kosmowskae, Koteja (2008: 29) also reported on 6 inclusiond, of poor quality, of male, which he assigned to Lusitanicoccus sp.
