Notes: In June 2014, Ferrisia malvastra (McDaniel) was found on an unknown plant from Dali City of Yunnan Province, China. It is the first record of this species in China. In this paper, the adult female is redescribed and re-illustrated, its host plants, distribution, biology and economic importance are also provided.
