Notes: Six scale insect species new for the Czechoslovakian fauna were presented. They included Euripersia tomlinii, Chnaurococcus subterraneus, Longicoccus psammophilus and Chaetococcus phragmitis in the family Pseudococcidae, Rhodococcus bulgariensis in the family Coccidae and Mohelnaspis massiliensis in the family Diaspididae. M. massiliensis is also new for the fauna of Slovakia. The less well-known species, especially in the family Pseudococcidae, were also briefly described and illustrated.
