Notes: Three new species of encyrtid wasps are presented. Encyrtus changjiensis sp. nov. (host unknown) was found in Xinjiang, China. Ericydnus scutellus sp. nov. (host unknown) was found in Jilin. Subprionomitus frontatus sp. nov. (host: Eriopeltis araxis [Eriopeltis festucae]) was found in Gansu. The species are described and illustrations are given.
