Treder, W., Ed.] The influence of entomophages on the populations of insect pests in apple and peach orchards was studied from 2000 to 2003 in southeastern Romania. The insect pests examined were Eriosoma lanigerum, Quadraspidiotus perniciosus [Diaspidiotus perniciosus], Dysaphis devecta, Dysaphis plantaginea, Cydia pomonella, Haedia nubiferana [Hedya dimidioalba], Anarsia lineatella, Grapholita molesta and Myzodes persicae [Myzus persicae]. Species of predatory insects as well as primary and secondary parasitoids controlling the populations of these insect pests are enumerated.
