Notes: ABSTRACT. The phenology of Chrysomphalus dictyospermi (Morgan) (Hemiptera: Diaspididae) and its natural enemies were studied in the island of Evia, Central Greece, from November 2001 to October 2003. The scale completes 3 overlapping generations per year. Three peaks of crawlers were recorded per year, first at middle - end of May, second at end of July and the third one at the end of September - beginning of October. The average duration of the life cycle of the scale on squash fruits (Cucurbita maxima) under controlled conditions at 25°C was 64 days.
