Notes: In the course of investigations in India on Icerya pilosa Green (pilosa nardi Green), a minor pest of sugarcane, adults and larvae of the Coccinellid Rodolia fumida Muls. were found preying on the mealybug for the first time. Larvae and prepupae of R. fumida were themselves parasitised by the Encyrtid Homalotylus flaminius (Dalm.) and the Pteromalid Coruna orientalis.
