Notes: Invasive mealybugs (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae) are actively extending their ranges in the Oriental region. Several species have been accidentally ingroduced to Sri Lanka, including Phenacoccus solenopsis Tinsley 1898; Dysmicoccus neobrevipes Beardsley 1959; Rastrococcus rubellus Williams 1989; and Paracoccus marginatus Williams & Granara de Willink 1992. Recently three new country records were identified: Antonina thaiensis Takahashi 1942; Ferrisia malvastra (McDaniel 1962) and Pseudococcus jackbeardsleyi Gimpel & Miller 1996.
