Notes: A study is reported on a population of Nuculaspis abietis [Dynaspidiotus abietis] in Brasov central park, Romania. Details are given of the dynamics of development of an infestation of Picea pungens var. glauca from June to September 2000. The morphology, biology and biology of the pest, and the damage caused by it are described and discussed.
