Notes: Twenty four varieties of sugarcane were evaluated for their susceptibility to the sugarcane scale, Melanaspis glomerata (Green) during 1985-87 at Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh, Generally, ratoon crops had a higher level of infestation than plant crops.
