Notes: [Proceedings of the VII International Symposium of Scale Insect Studies, held in Bet Dagan, Israel, June 12-17, 1994.] Preliminary observations on the life cycle of this species and its parasite were made in Poland, and revealed that Q. zonatus was univoltine, while Metaphycus sp. was bivoltine in the given climatic conditions.
