Notes: The biology of Epidinocarsis lopezi, a parasite of the cassava pest Phenacoccus manihoti, was studied in the laboratory under fluctuating conditions of 24-31 deg C and 79-90% RH. Parasitism decreased with increasing host density from 30% at a density of 10 hosts/plant per female to 11% at a density of 50.
