Notes: [Ph.D. thesis, the University of Rochester.] The combined autoradiographic and spectrophotometric data suggest that the heterochromatic chromosomes do not replicate and that polyploid nuclei in the testis sheath of Planococcus citri are formed by the replication and division of only the euchromatic chromosomes.
