Notes: The occurrence of the scale insect family Conchaspididae (Hemiptera: Coccomorpha) in the Philippines is reported for the first time, based on a collection of false armored scale insects from Hoya landgrantensis Kloppenburg et al. (Apocynaceae), and a few other wax plants that are endemic to the Philippines.
