  • Notes: After de Colombian peace agreement was signed between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC–EP) in 2016, deforestation has increased at an alarmingly high pace in Colombia, becoming a threat to the biodiversity of many organisms, including Coccomorpha (Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha). The accelerated deforestation since 2015 threatens the existence of many of these insects. Mitigation strategies should be implemented in order to protect biodiversity in Colombia.
