Notes: Three species of Parlatoria are found in New Zealand: Parlatoria desolator McKenzie, P. fulleri Morrison and P. pittospori Maskell. Previous records of P. pergandii Comstock and P. virescens Maskell from New Zealand are based on misidentifications of P. desolator. The sole record of P. ziziphi (Lucas) is based on a dubious quarantine record.
