Notes: Seyneria oligocerarifera sp. n. and Trionymus sengirkumensis sp. n. (Pseudococcidae) are described based on the material collected in Mangystau and Atyrau provinces of Kazakhstan. Five other species of mealybugs and one species of armored scale insects (Diaspididae) are recorded for the first time for Kazakhstan. Color photographs of all the reported species taken under the natural conditions are provided.
