Notes: Saissetia oleae is mentioned as a species unfrequented by a colonized parasite. Aonidiella aurantii is effectively parasitized by Comperiella bifasciata on citrus, but it spreads very slowly. Icerya purchasi] and Pseudococcus gahani are more likely rather than less to become chronic pests if certain pesticides were used.
