Notes: In this study, we successfully assembled a chromosome-level genome sequence for I. purchasi using PacBio long-reads and the Hi-C technique, resulting in a total size of 1,103.38 Mb and a contig N50 of 12.81 Mb. The genome comprises 14,046 predicted protein-coding genes, with 462,722,633 bp occurrence of repetitive sequences. BUSCO analysis revealed a completeness score of 93.20%.
