Notes: Abstract: An oil emulsion, formulated from rubber tree seed oil (or chinaberry seed oil) with diesel oil at a ratio of 3:7, was found to be very effective against this scale; at a concentration of 5%, if it controlled 90-100%; furthermore, it was safe to Encarsia sp. and Aphytis sp., hymenopterous parasites and important natural enemies of this scale.
