Cherkasova, T.F., & Duchak, A.N. 2000 [Efficacy of Efal and Fufanon.]. Zashchita i Karantin Rastenii No. 8: 26.

Notes: The fungicide Efal [based on phosphoric acid] was successfully tested in Russia for the control of scab [Venturia inaequalis and V. pirina] in apples and pears, and moniliosis [Monilinia] on apricots and plums. In orchards affected by San José scale [Diaspidiotus perniciosus] and azalea lace bug [Stephanitis pyri], the insecticide Fufanon [of unstated composition] was used in combination with Efal. To avoid the detrimental effects of high temperature on Fufanon, it is recommended that it be used in the mornings and evenings of early spring.
