Notes: The authors cloned the full-length cDNA sequences of the PmHsp90 genes from P. marginatus and performed comprehensive bioinformatic analyses. The expression profiles of PmHsp90s under different thermal stress conditions were characterized to preliminarily assess its responsiveness to temperature variations.
