Notes: Abstract: Reexamination of specimens labelled Ferrisia virgata showed some misidentifications; some were confused with F. consobrina, which is, therefore, recorded for the first time in South Africa (Transvaal) on Aptenia sp. and Arachis hypogaea, and Swaziland (Tambankulu) on Citrus paradisi.
