Notes: Saissetia miranda (Cockerell & Parrott) is reported from Algeria for the first time. It was found in surveys conducted in Bouira (northern Algeria) on fig trees (Ficus carica). Taxonomic illustrations and a key are provided to facilitate the identification of Saissetia species known to occur in North Africa. https://doi.org/10.1111/epp.13089
