Remarks

• Systematics: Subfamily DIASPIDINAE Tribe LEPIDOSAPHIDINI (Normark, et al., 2019) Parapandanaspis is very close to Pandanaspis Mamet, from which it can be readily distinguished by the different segmentation of the body of the adult female and the occurrence of ventral gland tubercles on the metathorax and 1st and 2nd abdominal segments (Mamet, 1967a).
