• Structure: Female scale long, straight, sides parallel, 2.8-4.0 mm long by 0.3-0.4 mm wide. Male scale similar, ventral scale delicate and adhering to host, 1.4-2.0 mm long and 0.28-0.4 mm wide (Lepage, 1935).
