Remarks
- Systematics: Subfamily: Filippiinae. Tribe: Filippiini.
- Structure: Adult female body comparatively flat, broadly oval, up to 5 mm long in mature female, with membranous cuticle. Mouthparts and spiracles of usual structure characteristic of Coccidae. Eyespots present, unclear. Antenna 8-segmented.
- General Remarks: Definition and characters given by Borchsenius (1957) and by Hodgson (1994a). Subsequent diagnosis by Gavrilov-Zimin (2023a).
