Remarks
- Systematics: This species is similar to Lepidosaphes maskelli (Cockerell, 1897), but can be distinguished from the latter by: 1) The dorsal ducts on abdominal segments Ⅱ~Ⅳranged in a long transverse band; 2) Mesothorax prolonged, the head and prothorax about half body in length; 3) The area before and between the antennae bearing several small ducts; the latter 1) The dorsal ducts of abdominal segments Ⅱ~Ⅳ not in a transverse band and often 2~4 dorsal ducts on submedian group and submarginal group respectirely, sometimes absent; 2) Mesothorax not prolonged; 3) The area before and between the antennae with merely a few small ducts or without.
