Remarks
- Systematics: This species is close to Lepidosaphes viticis from which it is distinct by having a group of ducts on the outside of anterior spiracle, by having gland tubercle in the rear of posterior spiracle, and by the shape of the pygidial lobes etc. (Young & Hu, 1981a).
- Structure: Adult female fusiform, 1.01-1.33mm in length, broadest about the 1st abdominal segment, .60-.71mm in width. Head rather sparsely strewn with granulations (Young & Hu, 1981a).
