Notes: Ramakrishna Ayyar (1924) lists Lepidosaphes albizzae as authored by Green and found in India, Coimbatore, on Albizzia lebbek, but gives no valid description. This was originally a manuscript name by E.E. Green. (Williams, 2017a)
