Remarks
- Systematics: The female adult of this species can be distinguished by having a well developed median lobe, and the basal width between median lobes about 1.5 times, and wider than the basal width of the median lobe. with a group of pores along the fourth abdominal segment to posterior thorax, arranged in a vertical rank; with perivulvar 5 groups, but few pores for each group. The configuration of isolated median lobes and with 5 groups of perivulcar pores are much different from Formoaspis pallida Munting. It also differs from F. nigra (Takahashi) in: 1) with a lot of pores along the post tharax to abdominal segments before pygidium, 2) with three pair of lobes and a pair of setae at the base between the two median lobes.
- Structure: Female adult enclosed within the second stage exuviae, olivary, end part half-ellipsoidal, length about 0.7~0.9mm. Pygidium weekly sclerorized, median lobes developed. (Jiang, 2004)
