Remarks

• Systematics: Subfamily DIASPIDINAE Tribe LEPIDOSAPHIDINI (Normark, et al., 2019) This genus has close affinities with Andaspis MacGillivray, but differs mainly in the shape of the median lobes which have only 1 or 2 notches on the lateral margins and in the position of the anal opening which is situated towards the apex rather than at the base of the pygidium (Williams, 1963b).
