Remarks

• Systematics: Subfamily DIASPIDINAE Tribe DIASPIDINI Subtribe CHIONASPIDINA (Normark, et al., 2019) Amphisoma belongs to the Diaspidini and probably to the Chionaspidina, but it is peculiar and unique in having marginal, submarginal and submedian macroducts on the ventral as well as dorsal surface (Takagi, 1995).
